 US-made from the ground up, our NexGen solar powered generator trailers convert the free energy from the Sun into usable stored energy to meet your 120/240 or 208 VAC electrical needs. NexGen solar generators are designed to support, augment, or replace normal commercial Shore or Electrical and be used for remote work, homes, prepping or temporary locations where/when power is unavailable. The NexGen trailers are perfect for areas ranging from remote, austere home or work sites to emergency, disaster, or medical relief when regular electrical power is not available.   

Our NexGen Helios solar powered trailer is our largest and most efficient trailer to date. The NexGen Helios has the highest output with a standard 10Kw nominal capability and surge to 18Kw when required. This trailer holds twelve (12) 355-watt solar panels with our patented smart sun-tracking features. The smart sun-tracking feature allows the panels to automatically position themselves to significantly increase the amount of sunlight exposure they receive throughout the day to maximize power.  The sun-tracking feature has been proven to increase power collection efficiency by up to 36% compared to stationary solar panels. The NexGen Helios contains 32 lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4)(LFP) batteries that store up to 27Kw of power when fully charged. The LFP batteries have a safe charging temperature of 0C (32F) to 60C (140F), and a safe discharge (working) temperature of -30C (-22F) to 60C (140F) without an optional cold weather package. The system uses two 5000W pure sine inverters with output options of 120VAC, 240VAV, or 208VAC. 

The Helios also includes local and remote monitoring software capabilities displaying the health of the batteries, total power output, percent charged, and several other significant features. The NexGen Helios is the standard that all other trailers is judged by. With its next generation technology, automated sun tracking, LiFePO4 batteries, efficient solar panels, and pure sine wave inverters – it’s the forerunner in the industry. The NexGen Helios platform simply provides the most power for a lower cost than other competitors.

Our NexGen Phoenix solar trailer is our mid-size variant of our NexGen solar generator platform. The Phoenix comes in either single or dual axle variants depending on your requirements.  The NexGen Phoenix solar trailer comes with a standard output of 3Kw with surge capabilities up to 5Kw. The Phoenix model holds six (6) 355-watt solar panels with smart sun-tracking features. The sun-tracking feature automatically positions the solar panels to increase efficiency by up to 36%. The trailer houses 16 lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4)(LFP) batteries that store up to 13.5Kw of power. The LFP batteries have a safe working temperature of 0C to 60C without an optional cold weather package. The system uses a 3000W pure sine inverter with 120V output. The trailer also includes monitoring software displaying the health of the batteries, total power output, percent charged, and other significant features. The trailer has additional space onboard to expand battery capacity and other features as per your specific requirements.  And as with its bigger sister the Helios, with our unique design configuration, even while towing, our solar panels are working hard to top off and maintain the LFP batteries.

Our NexGen Nova solar trailer platform may be our smallest trailer – but it packs features and power rivaling much larger trailers on the market. This NexGen Nova solar trailer platform holds three (3) 355-watt solar panels. The Nova has a standard output at 2.5Kw with surges up to 4Kw. The inverter is a 2700W with standard output at 120V. The battery bank holds 8 lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4)(LFP) batteries which store up to 6.7 Kw of power. The battery bank is expandable up to 16 batteries that will store 13.5 Kw of power (please contact us for details). The LFP batteries have a safe working temperature of 0C to 60C without an optional cold weather package. The Nova has the newest and most efficient technology surpassing all other competitors in quality at a much lower price.  And as with its bigger sister the Helios, with our unique design configuration, even while towing, our solar panels are working hard to top off and maintain the LFP batteries.
